More expensive than some other movers but it's worth the price. I needed their help for an urgent interstate relocation. They were very reactive and came to take my furnitures 3 days later. Very professional and careful guys! They expected my delivery in Victoria to arrive 10-12 days later. Took only 6 days ! I was delighted.Just one thing, the movers you gave our furnitures in Victoria to be delivered, are not to your level of care. Nothing was damaged but only one guy was working and we had to help him in pity because the other was talking on phone during the WHOLE thing. When he decided on helping... he bumped on the wall with the trolley letting a black mark on it. Something that can be cleaned fortunately. But i was more at peace with your guys than those ones.

While we were unable to use their service for our relocation due to scheduling conflict, every aspect of our correspondence with Maria from Relocations WA was outstanding. Therefore the 5 star rating. Maria organised a video call in which she did a thorough analysis- checked our items, access points etc, gave lots of valuable advice and addressed our numerous questions. The process was un rushed and Maria was detailed and extremely courteous. The impression she gave us and her subsequent correspondence instilled in us a great sense of preference and confidence in Relocations WA. There were access issues at our apartment and Maria honestly did beyond what was required to try and secure a good deal for us. We truly appreciate this.
