Stephen, Maria and the wider team were fantastic to deal with from quote to delivery and Stephen was extraordinarily quick to reply by email. All up, out of 22 boxes, we only lost a cheap decanter and the handle off a teapot, both were likely due to our packing. A car key was damaged in transit but we were fully informed of this by the responsible and apologetic sub contractor and the key replaced prior to delivery. All other breakables including glassware, office and IT setup, electronics and other belongings arrived safe and sound. The uplift crew in Perth and delivery crew in Hobart were kind, professional, careful with our belongings and the respective houses.
