I just want to thank Stephen and all the team at Relocations WA for the great job they did helping me to relocate from a remote town in the southwest of Western Australia to New Zealand. From the start my experience was positive. Stephen was always very prompt in responding to any questions I had, and his advice was always helpful and correct. Coordinating the team to come to where all my possessions were, was a breeze. All I had to do was make sure I was ready! The guys who packed up my gear into the container were friendly and efficient. Shipping to New Zealand was as fast as postage!! And the process once my possessions arrived in NZ was seamless. It all arrived in good shape, and the guys who delivered it did a quick and careful job. I’m a happy customer. The only improvement I would suggest is some instructions on how the packing should be done for international travel. Everything needs to be thoroughly sealed!

They acted as an agent through Palmers Relocations and we are very lucky that they got the job!Great communication and very friendly team. Shaun and Tyran were the friendly pair that unloaded the container into our property. Both fellas handled everything with great care and they did it all with a smile!There were some tight spots that they had to get to with some large items, but they made it look easy without damaging any item or wall!Two small items were left in the container by accident but they called me instantly and swung pass at the end of the day to drop it off!Highly recommend their services 🙂

We used Relocations WA for shipping our personal belongings from Perth to Italy and I'm grateful we chose this company.We were looking for a smaller company with a personal touch and we absolutely found that!We cannot thank Maria and the team enough for making the whole process less painful and really smooth. Maria has always been patient and available for answering my many questions and providing outstanding help throughout the whole process. Communication was always great from initial quote to final delivery and that was something invaluable!We chose to pack our boxes ourselves as we didn't have any forniture, just personal items. They organised collection in Perth, shipment to a European port, customs clearance and delivery to the final address in Italy.We didn't have any problems with customs and all boxes arrived in a good state after around 4 months which was in line with the initial estimate.Highly recommended!Thanks Maria, Steve and the team!

When I decided to make the move interstate a few months ago from Sydney to Perth with my dog I honestly didn't know how I was going to do it due to having health concerns.Steve and Maria helped me organise my car to be transported from Sydney, pet travel and organise their removalist to collect my belongings and even provided me a service of the removalist packing my belongings. ( Best thing I ever did.). I was kept up to date with the arrangements every step of the way.Moving day came and everything went without a hidge. Steve kept me updated when my belongings arrived to their storage site and kept my belongings for 8 weeks while I looked for a rental property.When I had secured a property the removalists brought my belongings in and even came back to collect the boxes when I had unpacked.I honestly can not thank Steve, Maria and there team for providing me with an exceptional service and taking the stress out of such a big move.I would recommend Relocations WA in a heart beat to other people. More expensive than some other movers but it's worth the price. I needed their help for an urgent interstate relocation. They were very reactive and came to take my furnitures 3 days later. Very professional and careful guys! They expected my delivery in Victoria to arrive 10-12 days later. Took only 6 days ! I was delighted.Just one thing, the movers you gave our furnitures in Victoria to be delivered, are not to your level of care. Nothing was damaged but only one guy was working and we had to help him in pity because the other was talking on phone during the WHOLE thing. When he decided on helping... he bumped on the wall with the trolley letting a black mark on it. Something that can be cleaned fortunately. But i was more at peace with your guys than those ones.

While we were unable to use their service for our relocation due to scheduling conflict, every aspect of our correspondence with Maria from Relocations WA was outstanding. Therefore the 5 star rating. Maria organised a video call in which she did a thorough analysis- checked our items, access points etc, gave lots of valuable advice and addressed our numerous questions. The process was un rushed and Maria was detailed and extremely courteous. The impression she gave us and her subsequent correspondence instilled in us a great sense of preference and confidence in Relocations WA. There were access issues at our apartment and Maria honestly did beyond what was required to try and secure a good deal for us. We truly appreciate this. Not being to finally use Relocations WA solely because of scheduling is really saddening for us but this is one company we will surely remember and use again should our circumstance require in the future. The process is simple and detailed. The pricing is highly reasonable and transparent. The customer service honestly outstanding!

Steve and his team are so responsive, helpful and all of my items (mattress, bed, huge mirror and a lot of boxes) all arrived within the time frame I was told and in the same condition as I left them in.
